  11. Help Our Yelp!We pride ourselves on our personal level of customer service and working our hardest to make sure that everyone that orders from us is satisfied with their transaction. Yet problems do arise, and while we do our best to resolve them amicably, miscommunication occurs that can worsen these issues. Currently 3 unsatisfied customers have voiced their displeasure with our sales and services. We welcome this criticism of our business, it helps us better serve our customers in the future. But we feel we are being unfairly represented on Yelp. Over the years customers have left 12 reviews of us on Yelp, but the 3 unsatisfied customers are the only ones that Yelp shows for our store. We have 9 5-star reviews that Yelp has hidden from potential customers, and we feel the whole of these reviews better reflects who we are as a company and how we treat our customers. But Yelp provides us no recourse or action to show the reviews of happy customers, so we need your help.
